作图出现错误Runtime Error!

我的机子配置是 cpu ∶AMD×2 240
主板∶技嘉M52L－S3P
内存∶超胜2G800Ghz×2
显卡∶翔升9500GT
电源∶航嘉宽幅小子
拿人家厂家的雕刻软件作图，渲染的时候老是出现错误Runtime Error!

老是显示内存不足
我把内存都换了还是不行
