关于Fastfat.sys文件的问题

装好后重启就这样
按任何键又重启,出现这些英文:
windows could not start because the folloing file is missing or corrupt:
system32\\drivers\\Fastfat.sys
you can attempt to repair this file ly starting windows Setup using the orcginal setup CD-ROM
select ' R' at the ist screen to start repair
这个问题没人能解释吗？不能解决吗？
